Developmental Standards

To assure consistency of development of lands within the city, such standards as may hereafter be established by the city council through the adoption of written resolution shall be complied with in all matters covered thereby. These standards may include, but are not be limited to, provisions setting standards on such matters as construction requirements, street and utility improvements, and landscaping of publicly owned lands which may be required as part of a development.
Upon adoption of any such standards by subsequent resolution of the council, a copy shall be authenticated by the clerk-controller of the city of Montesano and be maintained on file in the office of said clerk-controller. (Ord. 1497 §1, 2006: Ord. 1372 §1, 1995).
