16.44.010 Application fees designated.

(a)    For the purpose of defraying expenses involved in the administrative processing of subdivision applications, an application fee in an amount which is from time-to-time established by written resolution of the city shall be paid the city by the applicant at the time of submission of the preliminary subdivision plat.

(b)    The application fee to be paid to the city by the applicant for filing a short plat or short subdivision plat shall be such amount as may be established by ordinance or resolution.

(c)    Whenever in this title filing fees and other costs to be paid by an applicant are provided for and specified, if the same are at variance with the fees provided for and specified in the city's zoning ordinance codified in Title 17, the provisions of this title or any resolution adopted pursuant thereto shall be controlling and shall apply.
