The City Manager is hereby designated as authorized agent of the City of Mountlake Terrace for the purpose of execution, and delivery of all FAUS and UAB (Federal Aid to Urban Systems and Urban Arterial Board) contracts, deeds, or other documents as sole signatory on behalf of said City. (Ord. 1315 § 1, 1980).
