MEMBERSHIP IN ASSOCIATION OF WASHINGTON CITIES

Immediately upon the passing and posting of the ordinance codified in this chapter, it shall be lawful for the city to become a member of the Association of Washington Cities and to pay from the general fund of the city the membership dues to the association as required for membership, and the mayor of the city is authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary, on behalf of the city, to effect membership in the association.
