ARTS COMMISSION FUND

3.38.010 Establishment of fund.

There is hereby established a fund to be named the city of Mukilteo arts commission fund, the fund to be an active fund of the city and to be shown on all financial reports of the city. (Ord. 671 § 1 (part), 1990)

3.38.020 Finance director authorized to pay.

The finance director is authorized to pay into the fund all moneys authorized therefor by the city council. Such moneys shall include all sums that are received by the city from whatever source for the purpose, acquisition of, or otherwise providing for the advancement of visual, literary, graphic, performing or other arts. Such moneys shall include private, local, state, or federal funds to which the city may be entitled now or in the future. At the discretion of the city council all balances remaining at the end of the year in the arts commission fund shall be carried over to the succeeding year. (Ord. 671 § 1 (part), 1990)

3.38.030 Finance director authorized to disburse.

The finance director is authorized to disburse from the fund any amount as directed by the city council. (Ord. 671 § 1 (part), 1990)
