CAPITAL PURCHASES AND IMPROVEMENT FUND

The city manager is authorized to establish a new fund to be known as the 320, capital purchases and improvement fund, and to deposit all amounts collected from the real estate excise tax into this fund for the exclusive purpose of capital purchases and improvements for the function of city business. (Ord. 411 § 1, 1982).
