10.40.010 Pre-existing private ways.

Dedication of pre-existing private ways as public streets of the city may be accepted when the city engineer certifies that the proposed street meets all the requirements of this title. (Ord. 192 § 10.1, 1967).

10.40.020 Streets in new subdivision.

Dedication of streets in a new subdivision may be accepted when the city engineer certifies that the proposed streets meet all the requirements of this title. (Ord. 192 § 10.2, 1967).

10.40.030 Acceptance of noncomplying private way.

A conveyance of a private way which does not meet all the requirements of this title may be accepted by the city council upon recommendation of the planning commission where special circumstances make it impractical to render compliance and such acceptance is desirable for the public good. (Ord. 279 § 1, 1974; Ord. 192 § 10.3, 1967).
