RCW 35.79.010 through 35.79.050, inclusive, which grants authority to vacate city streets and establishes procedures for such vacation, are adopted by reference. (Ord. 339 § 1(a), 1979).
10.52.020 Form of petition.
The city clerk shall establish a form of petition for vacation of a city street, or any part thereof, and such form of petition shall be used by any property owners petitioning for vacation of a city street, or any part thereof. (Ord. 339 § 1(b), 1979).
10.52.030 Fees.
A fee as set by resolution of the city council shall be charged and collected by the city clerk prior to accepting a petition signed by property owners seeking vacation of a city street, or part thereof. (Ord. 361 § 2, 1980; Ord. 339 § 1(c), 1979).
