Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this title shall be subject to the provisions and penalties set forth in NPMC Title 19. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate violation for purposes of this penalty. (Ord. 1005 § 2 (Exh. B § 13), 2021).
