BUILDING PERMITS

17.52.010 Approval required.
No permit shall be issued for the construction of a building on land subdivided after the effective date of the ordinance codified herein until final approval or approval under Chapter 17.12 NPMC is obtained. (Ord. 780 § 10, 2006; Ord. 191 § 10, 1967).
