NONCHARTER CODE CITY CLASSIFICATION1

The classification of “noncharter code city” is adopted for the city of North Bend in lieu of its present classification as a municipal corporation of the fourth class. Incident to such change of classification, the city elects to retain its present form of government, that is, the mayor-council plan of government. (Ord. 372 § 1, 1974).
