DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROGRAM ESCROW ACCOUNT

2.60.010 Established.
The city administrator is authorized to establish an account at a local financial institution for the purpose of receiving contributions from citizens, municipalities, and any other entities that wish to contribute moneys for the purpose of achieving the goals of downtown revitalization in a manner consistent with the goals of the main street program. (Ord. 630 § 1, 1984).
