9.115.020 Social card games prohibited.1
“Social card games,” as that term is defined in RCW 9.46.0282 as now in effect or as may subsequently be amended, are hereby prohibited within the city of North Bend. Social card games shall not be permitted, maintained, or operated as a commercial stimulant for the operation of any business primarily engaged in the selling of food or drink for consumption on the premises, nor for any other reason or under any other circumstances. Nothing in this section shall be construed to otherwise change the scope of any current license issued by the State Gambling Commission. Unless otherwise required by law, nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the continued operation of any licensed social card game during the remainder of the current term of any license issued by the State Gambling Commission for any such social card game.
