DISORDERLY CONDUCT1
Sections:
9.65.010 Disorderly conduct.
A person is guilty of disorderly conduct if he or she:
A. Intentionally uses fighting words, that is, words which by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
B. Intentionally engages in a fight in a public place or way open to the public;
C. Intentionally uses unlawful force or violence on the person of another;
D. Intentionally disrupts any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority; or
E. Intentionally obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic without lawful authority.
Disorderly conduct under this section is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1630 § 1, 2017).
