This chapter hereby adopts the City of Oak Harbor Purchasing Policy and Procedures dated May 18, 2021, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit “A.” A copy of this policy shall be made available during normal business hours at the city clerk’s office and shall be posted on the city’s webpage. All updates and/or revisions to this policy shall be made by majority vote of the city council. (Ord. 1930 § 2, 2021).
