ISLAND TRANSIT RULES OF CONDUCT

The Island Transit Rules of Conduct for Transit Vehicles, Facilities and Properties as now in effect, and as may subsequently be amended, are hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 1114 § 2, 1997).
6.60.020 Rules to be filed with city clerk.
Not less than one copy of the Island Transit Rules of Conduct for Transit Vehicles, Facilities and Properties shall be filed with the city clerk for use and examination by the public. Any amendment to the rules must be filed with city clerk to be effective. (Ord. 1114 § 3, 1997).
6.60.030 Penalties.
(1) The penalty for violating any provision of the Island Transit Rules of Conduct for Transit Vehicles, Facilities and Properties shall be a Class 1 infraction as defined in Chapter 1.28 OHMC.
(2) The penalty for a violation of any provision of the Island Transit Rules of Conduct for Transit Vehicles, Facilities and Properties by a person with one or more previous violations shall be a misdemeanor with a fine not exceeding $1,000 or a jail sentence not exceeding 90 days in jail or both such fine and jail sentence.
