REQUIRED PLANS

16.12.010 Generally.
The building official shall require plans to be submitted for a site plan review of the proposed mobile home park or the extension of a mobile home park. The plans shall contain a layout of the park, including all buildings, drives, parking spaces, fences, mobile home spaces, utilities, screening and landscaping. All such plans shall be prepared by a licensed architect, landscape architect or engineer; provided, however, that an owner may develop his own drawings when he is capable of producing drawings equivalent to the conventional drawings of architects and engineers.
