OPERATION, MAINTENANCE
AND REPAIR

16.44.010 Owner’s responsibility.
The owner or operator of a mobile home park shall be responsible for securing the maintenance of all structures and their sites and for enforcing all of the requirements of this title. (Ord. 610 § 2, 1982).
16.44.020 Structures.
Every structure shall be maintained in an approved, safe and sanitary condition and in a state of approved repair. (Ord. 610 § 2, 1982).
16.44.030 Equipment.
All devices, installations and safeguards required by this title shall be maintained in approved working order. (Ord. 610 § 2, 1982).
16.44.040 Pest control.
The operator of the mobile home park shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the State Board of Health in regard to pest control and also any additional regulations that may be prescribed by the building official of the city. (Ord. 610 § 2, 1982).
16.44.050 Obstructions prohibited.
No structure shall be erected, placed, or maintained so as to obstruct a required opening in a cabana or awning, a required open space on a site, or prevent inspection of electrical and sanitation facilities or mobile home equipment. (Ord. 610 § 2, 1982).
