WARRANTS

3.16.010 Issuance.
Pending receipt of revenues from tax and nontax sources, the city is authorized to issue interest-bearing warrants to bear interest at the rate of not more than two percent above the current interest rate for investments and to be redeemed from the receipt of normal city revenues.
