PENALTY

11.16.010 Violation—Penalty.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a class B offense and shall be fined in any sum not to exceed five hundred dollars or imprisoned in the county jail for a term of not exceeding ninety days or by both fine and imprisonment.
