WATER SYSTEM PLAN

13.08.010 Definitions.
For the purpose of this chapter, the following words shall be defined as follows:
A. "Water system" means the system of supplying water to the city which includes a deep well supply, an iron removal treatment plant, an elevated steel tank, two groundlevel storage tanks and a gravity distribution system which is being converted to a constant pressure system regulated by two pumps, complete with all necessary hydrants, valves, fittings and appurtenances.
B. "Water system plan" means the system or plan for the water system prepared by URS Company, Seattle, Washington, dated July, 1980, which describes a program of future improvements and expansions for the water system.

13.08.020 Adoption—Copies on file.
A. The city council accepts, approves, specifies, certifies and adopts the water system plan as the water plan for the city.
B. Copies of such water plan as adopted are now and shall remain on file in the office of the city clerk/treasurer.
