15.15.010  Adoption.

The current edition of the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code (VIAQC), as set forth in RCW 19.27.190, is hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 803 § 6 (part), 2006: Ord. 647 § 6, 1998: Ord. 583 § 1 (part), 1995)

15.15.020  Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code permit fees.

Before any VIAQ Code permit is issued, the person, firm, or corporation making application for such permit shall pay a fee in accordance with the fee schedule of twenty-five percent of the building plan review fee based upon the current edition of the Building Valuation Data of the International Code Council. 15.15.030  Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B offense as defined in Title 7 of this code. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 803 § 6 (part), 2006)
