15.20.010 Adoption.
The Uniform Plumbing Code of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, current edition, with Appendix D and the current edition of the Washington State Building Code Council Amendments as published in Chapters 51-56 and 51-57 WAC, is adopted by reference and is effective as of July 1, 2004. 15.20.020 Section 613 amended—Vertical wet venting.
Section 613 of the Uniform Plumbing Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 613 Vertical Wet Venting. Vertical wet venting is prohibited except when approved by the Building Official for good cause.

15.20.030 Plumbing fees.
Before any permit is issued, the person, firm or corporation making application for such permit shall pay a fee in accordance with the schedule adopted by resolution of the city council, copies of which are available from the building division. (Ord. 647 § 8 (part), 1998: Ord. 387 § 13, 1984)
15.20.040 Copies on file.
Not less than one copy of the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition, as amended, shall be filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk/treasurer. 15.20.050 Violation—Penalty.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B offense as defined in Title 7 of this code. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 803 § 8 (part), 2006: Ord. 647 § 8 (part), 1998: Ord. 387 § 17 (part), 1984)
