16.40.010 Development.
All streets, bridges, drains, culverts and related structures and facilities shall be constructed in accordance with current standards as established by the city engineer. No ditches accommodating culverts or drains or related excavations shall be filled prior to inspection by the city engineer or his representative. (Ord. 67 § 37, 1972)
16.40.020 Minimum street improvements—Grades.
All dedicated streets shall be graded to their full width with adequate drainage provided prior to acceptance for public use. Grades shall be as approved by the city engineer and all roadways shall be surfaced with asphalt or concrete in accordance with current standards as established by the city engineer. 16.40.030 Water and sanitary sewer systems.
Water supply facilities adequate to provide potable water from a public supply to each lot within a subdivision shall be installed in conformity with the standards of the Grays Harbor-Pacific County health department. Each lot shall be provided with a sanitary sewer system connection where sanitary sewer service is available at time of platting. (Ord. 67 § 39, 1972)
16.40.040 Fire protection.
Prior to the construction of any structure in the subdivision, service mains and fire hydrants shall be installed in conformance with requirements and standards of the fire department. (Ord. 67 § 40, 1972)
