VIOLATION—PENALTY

16.60.010 Violation—Penalty.
Any violation of this title shall be unlawful and constitute a Class B offense as defined in Title 7 of this code. The city may also pursue all civil remedies available to prevent or void any violation or planned violation of this title, including the seeking of injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
