18.52.040    General standards.

18.52.010 Intent.

The intent of the conservancy district is to provide for areas that may be unsuitable for residential, commercial or industrial development; city owned property; and areas particularly vulnerable to 100-year flood levels. (Ord. 660 § 16.01, 1985)

18.52.020 Uses allowed outright.

In the conservancy district the following uses and their accessory uses and structures are allowed outright:

A. Agricultural and horticultural practices;

B. Public facilities and utilities;

C. Parks and playgrounds;

D. Nature trails;

E. Wildlife sanctuaries. (Ord. 660 § 16.02, 1985)

18.52.030 Uses allowed by conditional use permit.

In the conservancy district the following uses and their accessory uses and structures are allowed by conditional use permit issued in accordance with Chapter 18.92 OMC:

A. Single-family residences.

B. Individual lot manufactured homes. (Ord. 1126 § 12, 2012; Ord. 660 § 16.03, 1985)
