A. The annual license fee to be paid by persons operating pool or billiard halls in the county is fixed at the sum of $25.00 per year on each hall containing two tables or less; and on such table in addition to two, $5.00 each per year.
B. All licenses issued in pursuance of this chapter shall expire one year after the date of issue. (Order C-715, 1916).
5.12.020 Hours of closure.
All poolrooms outside incorporated towns shall close at 12:00 midnight and remain closed until 6:00 a.m. (Order E-458, 1923).
