8.36.010 Elmway Diking District No. 1.

The Elmway diking district is established, the same to be known henceforth as Elmway Diking District No. 1, Okanogan County, Washington, and the number of acres to be benefited by the improvement and the boundary of said district so established by the board of county commissioners being as follows:

Commencing at the center of Section 9, Township 33 North, Range 26 E.W.M.; thence north 0° 18' west 284.77 feet; thence north 37° 27' east a distance of 232.32 feet; thence north 36° 24' east a distance of 460.18 feet; thence north 34° 12' east a distance of 369.8 feet; to the point of beginning; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centerline of Lot 4, Plat of Okanorth Acres and along the line common to Lots 13 and 14 and said line produced to the right bank of the Okanogan River; thence following said river bank in a northeasterly direction to the point of intersection northeasterly line of Lot 53, Plat of Gregory Tracts; thence following said line along the northeasterly side of Lots 53 and 46 to its junction with the southwesterly corner of Lot 41 of Gregory Tracts; thence south 39° 28' west on and along the southeast line of Lots 40 and 39 a distance of 200 feet to the corner of Lot 38 and 39; thence north 50° 32' west on and along the line between 38 and 39 a distance of 300 feet to the R/W line State Highway No. 10; thence following said R/W line in a northeasterly direction a distance of 332.7 feet; thence north 50° 32' west a distance of 304.56 feet to the southeast R/W line of old county road; thence in a southwesterly direction on and along the southeast R/W line of county road to the junction with the northeasterly corner of Lot 7, Plat of Okanorth Acres; thence following the northwesterly line of said line south 34° 49' west a distance of 676.76 feet; thence south 34° 12' west a distance of 276.51 feet to the point of beginning.
