12.12.010 Weight limit on Effie Bridge.

The Effie Bridge No. D-2, located on Okanogan County Road No. 1535, is restricted to a maximum load of 15 tons or 30,000 pounds. (Res. 16-79, 1979; Res. 9-78, 1978).

12.12.020 Weight limit on Tonasket Bridge No. E-1.

A. The Tonasket Bridge No. E-1, on Okanogan County Road No. 9448, shall be posted for weight restriction. This posting shall meet the standard set forth by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration. The three AASHTO trucks-with-restricted-weights signing will be posted at the structure.

B. A weight limitation is established in accordance with RCW 36.75.270; said limitations are as follows: AASHTO 1 @ 15 tons or 30,000 pounds; AASHTO 2 @ 19 tons or 38,000 pounds; AASHTO 3 @ 23 tons or 46,000 pounds; said limitations to be in effect immediately upon posting at the site and shall remain in effect until January 1, 1997, or otherwise removed by action of the board of county commissioners; said limitations to be renewed yearly commencing January 1, 1997, and on the first day of January each year thereafter, subject to inspection by the county engineer.
