2.48.010 City officers’ performance bond.
Before entering upon his duties, each of the following city officials shall file with the Othello city clerk a performance bond in form and contents that meets the approval of the Othello city attorney, at city expense, a bond to insure and indemnify the city for the faithful performance of his duties and for the accounting and paying over to the city of all sums of city money coming into his hands, in the penal sum as set forth opposite each of the positions described as follows:
