TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE

12.10.010 Charges—New construction.

In the case of new construction, after the application for water service has been approved and the fees paid in accordance with city ordinances, the water and sewer department shall install a new service. (Ord. 902 § 1, 1993).

12.10.020 Charges—During construction.

During the construction period, the monthly service charge and consumption fees, when water service is requested, shall be paid by the builder/developer, prior to occupancy. There shall be no charge for sewer or garbage during this period unless garbage service is expressly requested by the builder/developer. (Ord. 1400 § 3, 2014: Ord. 902 § 2, 1993).

12.10.030 Charges—After occupancy.

After occupancy, water, sewer and garbage charges shall commence and be at the expense of the occupant. (Ord. 902 § 3, 1993).
