12.24.010 Violation—Penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of Chapters 12.04 to 12.22 shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage caused to the city by reason of the violation. Any person violating any provisions of this title shall pay a minimum fee of one hundred fifty dollars.
