PARK IMPACT FEE ACCOUNT

3.74.010 Established.

There is hereby established an interest-bearing account, to be designated “park impact fee account.” The purpose of this account is to provide for the deposit and financial administration, including project accounting, of all park impact fees received and the expenditure and proper use thereof. The finance director shall have the responsibility for the financial administration of the account and shall maintain separate records of accounts showing receipts and disbursements. The finance director is hereby authorized to accept on behalf of the city all funds to be placed into the account. (Ord. 1619 § 1, 2005; Ord. 1607 § 2, 2005).
