10.04.020 Adoption of Washington Model Traffic Ordinance by reference.
Pursuant to RCW 46.90.010, the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance (MTO), Chapter 308-330 WAC, is hereby adopted as a city of Pacific ordinance by this reference. It is further provided that the MTO, as may be amended in the future, and this title and other ordinances referred to herein shall together constitute and be referred to as the city of Pacific traffic code.
A true and correct copy of the MTO in effect as of the date of adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter is attached to said ordinance as Exhibit A. As provided for in the MTO, the addition of any new section to, or amendment or repeal of any section in the MTO shall be deemed to amend the traffic ordinance of the city of Pacific, without further action of the Pacific city council.
