18.16.010 Approval of layout and general development plans.

The layout and general development plan for roadways within a mobile home park and access to public streets shall be approved by the public works director before a building permit may be issued. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 2006).

18.16.020 Parking space requirements.

For each mobile home space there shall be provided and maintained at least one parking space that conforms to PMC 20.72.020. If central parking lots are provided, they shall be hard surfaced and each space separated by striping or other adequate means, identified to the official lot number of the occupant, and reserved for their sole use. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 2006).

18.16.030 Guest and service parking.

In addition to the requirements for occupant parking, guest and service parking shall be provided within the boundaries of the park, as determined by the director. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 2006).
