2.68.010 Payment of claims or obligations of the city.

Pursuant to RCW 35.27.345, payment of claims or obligations of the city shall be by check. The qualified public depository, whereon such checks are to be drawn, shall be AmericanWest Bank located at 150 North Bridge Street, Palouse, Washington, with the city officers authorized to sign checks being the clerk-treasurer, the mayor, and the mayor pro-tem, with two of the previous three signatures required.
