CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND – WATER-SEWER CAPITAL OUTLAY DEBT SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION

3.36.010 Created.
There is created a cumulative reserve fund for water-sewer capital outlay, debt service and maintenance and operation, into which the revenues received from connection charges and in-lieu-of-assessment charges shall be placed. (Ord. 1113 § 1, 1979).
3.36.020 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to build up reserves to be expended for betterments and improvements to the utilities, with debt service and maintenance and operation to be funded if necessary. (Ord. 1113 § 2, 1979).
