9.55.010 Urinating in public.

A person is guilty of urinating in public if they intentionally urinate or defecate in a public place, other than a washroom or toilet room, under circumstances where such act could be observed by any member of the public. “Public place,” as used in this section, is defined in POMC 9.20.010(6). 9.55.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 004-05 § 1).
