SPEED LIMITS

10.08.010 Decrease of speed limit.

It is determined that on the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation pursuant to RCW 46.61.415, the speed permitted by state law on streets and intersections may be decreased as described by council resolution. Such decrease will be effective upon posting of appropriate signs. (Ord. 1479 § 1, 1989; Ord. 1167, 1981; Ord. 1152 § 9, 1980).

10.08.020 Increase in speed limit.
