PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS

2.78.010 Filing of campaign finance reports with Jefferson County auditor.

All elected officials and candidates for elective office for positions within the city and political committees formed to support or oppose candidates and/or ballot propositions in the city shall file all campaign finance reports required by the state Public Disclosure Commission, including personal financial reports, with the office of the Jefferson County auditor at the same time such reports are to be filed with the state Public Disclosure Commission.
