All meetings of city boards and commissions shall be held at City Hall. In addition to appearing in person at any board or commission meeting, the public and members of any board or commission may attend meetings by telephone or other virtual platform. The city clerk shall have the authority to make rules to implement this section. (Ord. 3176 § 2, 2022).
