1.27.010 Code provisions not to benefit particular person or group.

Application or enforcement of any chapter or section of Prosser Municipal Code, ordinance, or any regulation, rule, or determination of the city of Prosser, shall not be construed for the particular benefit of any individual person or group of persons, other than the general public. (Ord. 1237, 1982).

1.27.020 Statutes adopted—Warrants and arrests.

Pursuant to the authority contained in RCW 35A.12.140, the following chapter and sections of the Revised Code of Washington, together with all amendments and additions thereto hereafter enacted by the state are adopted by the city, and by this reference are incorporated herein, as if set out in full in this section, to-wit:
