DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

A drug and alcohol policy is necessary to ensure the citizens of Prosser and the city of Prosser that employees are performing their duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. (Ord. 3057 § 2, 2018).
2.125.020 Authority to create policy.
The mayor, or his or her designee, is authorized to create and maintain administrative policies and to draft forms to create a drug and alcohol policy. (Ord. 3057 § 3, 2018).
