1.10.010 Appeals from decisions of the city council, boards and commissions.

All decisions of the city council, boards and commissions shall be deemed final and conclusive unless the appropriate appeal is taken therefrom within 15 days from the date of decision. The date of decision shall be deemed to be the date of the meeting at which the decision is announced by the appropriate body. (Ord. 2227 § 1, 1990).
