20F.40.115-010 Purpose.

This section establishes the criteria that the City will use in making a decision upon an application for a sensitive areas exception. (Ord. 2118)

20F.40.115-020 Scope.

A sensitive areas exception is an exception for streets and utilities from strict adherence to the Sensitive Areas Ordinance as it relates to Class IV Landslide Hazard Areas. (Ord. 2118)

20F.40.115-030 Procedure.

Sensitive areas exceptions shall follow the procedures established in RCDG 20F.30.50 for a Type V permit process. (Ord. 2118)
