There is created and established the board of trustees of the police relief and pension fund, which shall have the membership and exercise the powers, duties and responsibilities prescribed in Chapter 41.20 RCW. For the purposes of membership prescribed in RCW 41.20.010(1), the finance director shall be deemed to be the treasurer. [Ord. 31 § 1.10; Ord. 38-83; Ord. 24-21 § 1].
