REWARDS FOR INFORMATION

3.32.010 Authority.
The city manager is authorized to offer a reward of not to exceed $250.00 for information resulting in the arrest and conviction of any person knowingly and maliciously causing physical damage to any city property. [Ord. 60-79 § 1.01].
3.32.020 Payment procedure.
Recommendations for payment of rewards, including recommendations as to the amount or amounts to be paid and the person or persons to whom payment should be made, shall be made by the city manager to the city council, and when approved by the city council, shall be paid from budgeted funds available for such purpose.
