1.104.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to set policy on when City Hall will be open to the public. (Ord. 1028 § 1, 2001).

1.104.020 Hours established.

City Hall will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except on holidays already designated in the personnel policy. (Ord. 1028 § 2, 2001).

1.104.030 Exception.

One exception to the hours will be when there is only one City Hall employee. That person will close City Hall from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch. (Ord. 1028 § 3, 2001).
