DOMESTIC FOWL AT LARGE

5.16.010 Domestic fowl – Running at large prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons owning or having in his or their control any domestic fowl to permit such domestic fowl to run at large within the city limits. (Ord. 95 § 1, 1902).

5.16.020 Domestic fowl – Must be enclosed on premises.

It is the duty of each person owning or having in charge domestic fowl to keep the same securely enclosed upon his own premises. (Ord. 95 § 2, 1902).

5.16.030 Violations – Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a civil infraction punishable in accordance with RCC 1.02.010, General penalty. (Ord. 1092 § 103, 2005; Ord. 95 § 3, 1902).
