DEFACING ELECTRIC LIGHT POLES

6.44.010 Hitching horses or attaching poster or sign to electric light poles prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to tie or hitch any horse or horses or other animal to any of the electric light poles, or to paste, tack, or in any wise attach any poster, advertisement or sign of whatsoever nature, to said poles, within the corporate limits of the city of Ritzville. (Ord. 51 § 1, 1894).

6.44.030 Disfiguring poles prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to wilfully or maliciously cut, mark, bruise, or otherwise disfigure any of the electric light poles within the corporate limits of the city. (Ord. 51 § 3, 1894).

6.44.050 Violations – Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed an infraction punishable in accordance with RCC 1.02.010, General penalty. (Ord. 1092 § 125, 2005; Ord. 51 § 5, 1894).
